Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we will use your cleaning products.


AndesCS performs a cleaning service under the complete criteria and preferences of our clients, therefore we clean the home with the products preferred by our clients. With this, our clients will not run any risk of cross contamination of cleaning supplies used in another home, we avoid possible allergies to chemicals that our clients are not used to, and if you purchase eco-friendly products, we will gladly use those products for the complete cleaning of your home.


This is why AndesCS requires that you have at least the following cleaning products for a proper visit from our cleaners.


Essential cleaning products:

  • Window cleaner
  • Duster
  • Bathroom Cleaner 
  • All-purpose cleaner
  • Cloth cloths or rags (alternatively, microfiber cloths)
  • Rough sponges (for kitchen and bathroom tile).
  • Paper towels
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Mop
  • Garbage Bags


Payment methods

At this moment we have only 2 means of payment, one is made before the visit, and the other during the visit.

  • Cash

What if I need to cancel a cleaning visit.

Feel free to cancel your visit, we know that eventualities happen, we just need a minimum of 48 hours notice and we can reschedule your new visit. 


If you are unable to give 48 hours notice we will charge a $50.00 fee to make a small compensation to our cleaner.

How will the cleaner get into my home.

We will be happy to coordinate the arrival of our cleaners, these are some of the most commonly used options

  • Wait for the cleaner at the address to be allowed to enter.
  • Use dropbox, leave the key hidden, leave the key with a neighbor, or in case of condominiums with the concierge.
  • Many clients do not provide a copy of their keys so that we can enter the homes without difficulty.


These are just some of the options we work with our clients, if you require a specific method, just let us know so we can give the correct instructions to our cleaners.
